A farmers toast!

Let the wealthy and great, Roll in splendour and state, I envy them not i declare it, I eat my own lamb, My chickens and ham, I shear my own fleece and i wear it, I have lawns,I have bowers, I have fruits,I have flowers, The lark is my morning alarmer, So joyful boy's now, Here's god speed the plough, Long life and success to the farmer!!

  1. Looks like a chandelier. What a lot of work you must have to put in.

  2. Oh those mobiles! Slight disappointment - or is it pleasure? (I have one old mobile that scarcely ever use and was hoping for tips.

These as Elizabeth says are chandeliers. Having just come from a visit to your baths I can imagine lying in a hot tub watching one hanging above the taps as if I were a baby in its cot. Now, there's an idea.

  3. I am very impressed. Could we see one on its own as It is hard to do them justice when they are all together. I love the idea and the result. How creative you are.

  10. What excellent wind chimes.

......I am wondering though what vice you are going back to? Drinking? Smoking? Eating too many chocolates?

  12. They are - I can tell you (being the proud owner of one) very gorgeous - they make the most lovely soft melodic sound. There is a picture of a single one on an earlier blog of mine - back in the summer.....July I think. I would heartily advise all to put in orders ASAP!! (sorry, you'll get sore fingers now!). jxxxxxxxx

  14. Just been in for a snoop and my haven't you been busy - they're lovely!
Also had a mose on the previous one about the dogs - so glad you picked both! Got the Big V (v.bad tempered JRT)from The Dogs Home Battersea - could have rehomed loads if only they would have let me - heartbreaking to leave so many behind. Dera Charlie has capped me at 4 with 2 cats but I'm workingon him. He originally only said one animal so I've come a long way in eight years....ever onwards!!!!
