I want a turqoise retro fridge..............Why???

I'm really starting to like the photos my broken cameras taking, and strangly they're purple......

I saw a retro fridge in turqoise, at a property we viewed and now i want one , this doesnt happen to me often, but when it does it's usually love for something completely frivolous, turqoise vespa for instance.......... but fate as chipped in and my fridge as died.........so i'm on the look out for a second hand one as they are far to dear new, so keep your eyes open and your ears peeled !!

Iwent to Rhyl today with every other mum in the area shoe shopping, it wasnt to painful, but i find when i go into town i get terrible back ache, all i can put it down to is the slow walking people and stopping and starting urgghh it drives me mad..

I came home to fox poo city!! you lot think its bad with 1 dog! try eight!! its a good job we've got a catering size tomato ketchup...

  1. I know what you mean about shoe shopping. I've done my fair share this last week!

As for the fridge, go for it! Sounds fun and funky. Much more exciting than the boring hotpoint!!! No disrepect to Hotpoint of course - my mum's got one!

  3. I was going to suggest you paint one! You are obviously a woman after my mother's heart - at home (the old family home) anything that could be turquoise WAS turquoise - my mother's favourite colour! the front door was turq, the suite was turq, the dinner plates were turq... !! mind you her fridge was white! I'm very fond of turq myself I have to say.

  4. Hello Jo,
I will wear my turquoise drop earrings tomorrow and think of you and the fridge that will be yours, one way or the other!

Today, I also went into a few show shops. I sort of look at shoes a miniature sculptures these days. Since I am on my two size 35 feet all day, comfort is much desired. It means that I discard out of hand (out of hand??) most shoes because I can tell in a second that they are for looks only.

All the same, I did see lots that appealed to me. Many now on end of season sale. I did not try on a single one.

Since I get my other clothes pretty much for free, it just pains me to have to pay "real" money for clothes for my feet!

I also like the photos from your camera in its current state.

  5. You went to Rhyll??!! I went there once and it was scary.
Fridge sounds wonderful - I have a bit of a turquoise thing going at the moment too...though for a thermos flask (see, I have much smaller demands!).
My sympathies on the fox poo. Jack has now decided he likes bird poo too - pigeon poo to be precise. Yeeuch.
